These optional extras are regarding free recordings (to be) done at a facility, for an organization, etc.  For inquiries/quotes regarding new recordings (and options) for individuals, families, etc.,  please see here.

For those of you who do (or will) have such a free recording on file, here is the process:

1. Facility/organization contacted regarding audio/video recordings.  View information and Media Release (for Interviewees) provided and terms agreed to here (new tab).
2. Audio/video recording made and EDIT 1.1^* completed.
3. EDIT 1.1 is placed on a flashdrive and delivered to facility, organization, etc. along with Posterecord business card, on which is provided information required below for these optional extras, including: Facility, Interviewee Name(s), and Recording Duration.
